The Partners
Brandon Nicholson, AIA LEED® AP, is the Managing Principal of Nicholson Kovalchick Architects, a mid-sized architecture firm in Seattle that specializes in mixed-use urban buildings.
Before forming Euclid Development with Brandon, T.J. Lehman was a Partner at Holland Development, managing projects in Los Angeles and Seattle. His experience spans garden apartments to mixed-use high-rises, and includes affordable and elderly projects in addition to market rate development.
Nina Patera is a licensed certified public accountant. In addition to her work at Euclid, Nina is the Managing Member of Wisbeck Family Development, providing urban and sustainable housing near Seattle’s central business district. Nina has worked in financial accounting for 20 years and managed residential portfolios in Los Angeles and Seattle. Her experience in real estate includes development of mid-rise multi-family apartments, property management, financial reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, tax preparation and cash management.
